I need to have a form on my website that people can fill in right on our website but that they can print off. I do not want to receive anything by submission. This is for swimming lesson registration. This will not be a form that is used year round. What it comes down to is this...I need the customer to fill out the form...print it...then bring it to our registration night with their payment.
Also, my form is WAY too long. I need to have one page saved so my lifeguards can put the form into our swimming lesson binder. Is there a way to have a summary sheet print or something?
I am very new to this. So you cannot used "Code" talk...LOL. Ideally what would be perfect would be that the user fills out the form and when they hit "Submit"...it would take them to a summary page that would have all the information they entered on the JotForm....but on one page so we can put it into our binders.
Is this at all possible?

It is possible to hide the submit button by injecting some CSS code to the form. Though it needs to add some code, let me provide you some steps easy to follow.
1. Add the submit button to your JotForm.
2. Enable Print button from Submit button properties
3. Now, click on designer to open your JotForm in designer mode
4. Click on CSS section displayed on the top-right corner
5. Now, double-click on the Submit button so that the field ID is shown in the CSS code to customize it
6. Add the code display : none; inside the braces.
7. Save your JotForm and preview.
You should be now seeing only Print form button on the form.
You may also check out our newly announced feature fillable PDF form creator.
This feature allows you to export your JotForms to fillable PDFs and you can send the PDFs to your intended recipients. The form responses shall be saved in your JotForm account when someone submits the form. The PDF forms are also available offline and can be filled out on the go. It works similar to your web form.
Additionally, collecting sensitive information through normal text fields is not allowed through JotForm. Please refer to our terms of usage. Since you want to collect the information through the printed form/manually, it is recommended to remove this field from the form. Our anti-phishing system is strict to scan each form and suspends such accounts automatically.
Hope this information helps. Please do not hesitate to get back to us if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.
