Error Form ID did not match

    My client spent a long time filling an intake form then got an error message saying:

    Form Id did not match. Form Id.. followed by a number??

    Wat does this mean?

    and how can I ensure it doesn't happen again?

    Sorry for the inconvenience. I checked your form and it shows that it is working properly.

    I cloned your form and did a test submission, it works out fine. I also did a test submission in your actual form and it was successful. Does this error appear on your computer as well?

    I will clear your form cache so that your forms will be refresh from our servers.

    Yes It doesnt show on my computer.. I Just dodnt get her form and so i took another link and sent it

    The screen shot I sent was form my client.. Just wondering if you know why she would get that message and is it something we can do something about to make sure it doesn't happen again

    Is it possible for instance if the link she used is old because its in the boy of a canned response email I use for intakes?

    The error might be related to outdated form source code of embedded form. On the other hand, it should not happen when anyone use the direct form link.

    If the form is embedded somewhere, please provide us with the link in question. Thank you.

    I get the same thing when it is used in conjunction with the App Jotform Email Newsletter App
