    PDF form question

Asked by IconSPD on March 20, 2015 at 10:17 AM

I have created a PDF file of my Class of 2016 Info Submissions form.  When I tested it, I went to type in the necessary information and it let me on the first page.  However, the text when I tab to the next field, changes the text to scrambled symbols like question marks.  Also, it won't let me tab after the first page.  When I manually click into those fields, the form jumps back up to the first page and I have to scroll back down again.  Any ideas why this is happening?  And what can I do to fix it?  Thank you for your help.

I'm sorry to hear that, but I'm not able to replicate it using Adobe Reader XI and Adobe Acrobat XI. It might be your PDF viewer not supporting something like UTF 8 or Unicode. If you could let us know your current viewer, we would be happy to re-check it for you and let us know of the possible solution.

    Thank you!
