I cancelled my subscription, changed my level from Premium to Free. It gave me the popup to confirm cancellation, I clicked cancel. It did not work and I was billed again. Please cancel my subscription and refund the payment made on March 18th.
I would have liked a different way to contact support, but couldn't find one.

I see that you have used PayPal for making the payment to our subscription. Our PayPal orders are processed manually so the subscription remained active on your PayPal account. I've added a refund request to our system so that your subscription shall be cancelled and the refund of recent charge on March 18th shall be processed in a few days.
