    Hello Jotform:

OK here is my dilema: We recently had a webmaster rebuild our website www.aceluxury.com and created a couple of Jotforms in it:

    http://www.aceluxury.com/travel-agents/

    http://www.aceluxury.com/contact-us/

We severed ties with this webmaster & now we need to see if you can help us start an annual subscription as we will be receiving more than 100/month and regain control of those forms and perhaps add some of our own. I look forward to your reply as soon as possible. Thank you very much. Joe Dagher/ President, Ace Luxury Transportation, Inc.

I understand that you want to move your JotForms to your account and wanted to subscribe for a paid plan. In order to move the forms to a new account, we would need a request from the current account owner. Unfortunately, we cannot move the forms to a new account with the account owners consent. We request you to create a new account for you and then let your webmaster place a request for moving the forms to your account. So that you can upgrade your account then from our pricing page while you are logged in to your account.

Hope this information helps. Let us know if you have any other questions. We will be happy to help.

    Thanks!
