Receive backup from submissions of formAsked by qcontrol on March 20, 2015 at 01:20 PM
I made a change in the form field and the history of submissions disappeared than the form was disabled.
This is the third contact no definitive answer. Please check this with urgency.
I took a look at your account and I see that you have opened 4 threads in regards to the same issue:
http://www.jotform.com/answers/537503-Submissions-desappear-of-form#0 (which I removed)
Please note that on the second link there is even a thread open for you to our developers to check and recover your forms and submissions.
Looking at the form itself I see that you have removed the fields and when you do that, the submissions associated with them will be hidden as well - as long as there is at least one old field shown.
The reason why you do not have any submissions shown at all is because you have removed all of them.
I would like to ask you to not open any more threads in regards to this issue in order for us to properly assist you and to only answer to the thread here:
Our developers will get back to you as soon as there is any update on this - on that thread.
Certainly I don't deleted the fields of my form. When updating a field form submissions and the form itself disappeared. I want to know if there is a backup data in JotForm servers. I need this answer urgently.Thank you
Please note that our developers are already working on this here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/526094-Form-fields-and-submissions-missing-after-updating-the-form which is why I have asked to only reply back on that one thread.
That would be the only way to resolve this faster and to get the proper answer to your question.
Thank you for your understanding.
