Google Docs Integration inconsistently delivering PDF's of submissions

A few days ago we had a problem when the pdf was updating, but not google sheets. I reset everything, re-connected it and it started working again. For 2 days now the pdfs are not being created. There always seems to be some problem that randomly appears without any changes being made. It works one day and then it just doesn't. Should we just lose faith to have a reliable form? We had similar problems last year but thought we would try again. We were planning on using Jotform for much larger projects, but we can't if we can't count on it working.

We are very sorry for the trouble this has caused you.  The integration is usually pretty solid but recently, Google has changed their user's privacy policy and this has caused issues for 3rd party integrations. Our development team is currently working on a fix to handle these changes.
I'm going to forward this thread to them so you'll be updated once a fix is released.

We appreciate your patience and if you need further assistance please let us know.
    Best Regards.

The problem should be now solved. It occurred due to Google Changed some rules for the integration.

If you still experience this issue follow these steps:

    1. Remove the current integration (this is important step)

    2. Save Form
    3. Clear your jotforms cache
    4. Go back to the same form and re-integrate with Google Drive
    5. Save the Form
    6. Make a test submission (fill the jotform out and submit it)
