I created a PDF form of your jotform "Daily Patrol Report" and it has a size of 84KB which in bytes is equal to 0.082B:

Did you have any problems opening the PDF form?

It's working now, so thank you. Previously when I went through the same motions, the PDF file had 0 bytes, so of course I got an error message when I opened it in Adobe Reader.
