I have set up conditions on my Campaign Submissions form so when a user clicks on a specific media type (outdoor billboards, radio, television, and digital ads) then one of the four drop down fields (choose how many weeks you wish to run your ad) is shown. All my conditions are working properly on my form accept the first condition for Outdoor Billboards. When that option is selected it shows all four drop down fields instead of just the one drop down field associated with that option. Please help! The reason the condition isn't working for Outdoor Billboards (plural) is because it should be Outdoor Billboard (singular), so that it would match the text under the first image.

If you need further help with this, do let us know.

Incidentally, there's a less verbose way to configure the conditions. Once a SHOW condition(s) is(are) attached to an element, it will be hidden by default and remain hidden until the condition(s) is(are) met. So, the conditions could have been set as follows:

Those are the very conditions used in this clone of your jotform.

    Ciao for now.

Ha ha, you'd be surprised to know how often those very types of mistakes cause headaches for experienced programmers.

Anyway, glad I could help. If you need assistance with anything else JotForm related, we'd be happy to provide it.

    Cheers
