I see an email icon when I first go to jotforms page but as soon as I sign into my account that email icon disappears. How can an email format be tied to a form before you know who the form belongs to? My partner already created emails but I can not see them anywhere. We sign in with the same account. I want to add an image using a URL but I can't find the email format page.
Any help or direction to videos would be appreciated.

Each form has its own email settings. You will need to open the form in edit mode to be able to manage Email Alerts. Please take a look at the following animation.
