    Please refund my money for the past few months I did not purchase this service, my Facebook page is not even active.

    Hello Ellie

    This subscription is canceled now, however let me clarify you that there is no way for us whatsoever to know all the credit card sensitive details in order to upgrade your account. When you registered the account ALFashioShow with us, it was not required to enter a payment method, so this must have been purchased either by you or someone else who knows the details of the CC.

    At any rate, I've refunded the latest 2charges and canceled this subscription. As in any company, we have a refund policy of 60 days.

    For cases like this, if the user proves that the charges were applied after their explicit request of cancellation to us, we might make an exception.
