I am looking for a payment processor that will support my business and website. I sell Vaporizer products,  if your company accepts these payments please let me know as I will be sure to start my account immediately.

    Thank You

From my understanding of the second paragraph in our TOS (http://www.jotform.com/terms/) there should be no problem. Perhaps you could embed the form in a webpage which denies access to certain countries and/or IP ranges. You could also include a note on the form stating something along the lines of Do NOT use this form if vaporizers are prohibited in your jurisdiction. just as an added layer of restriction, in case some who are able to access the page should not have been able to do so.

However, I'm not a lawyer, so let me check with others on our team who would know more about this before you do anything.

    Thanks

    Hi again,

I've been reliably informed that it would be fine to follow the procedure in my last reply.

    Cheers
