Hi, We haven't been able to access the html panel for a few days. Cleared cache, used different browsers, logged on and off still no joy.

Can you please provide us the browsers and browser's version that you tried.
I am using Google Chrome version 39.0.2171.71 and I was able to see the html editor properly. I cloned your form and here's what I saw when I clicked the HTML button.

I would suggest you to try the following steps:
1. Logout from JotForm.
3. Disable add-ons or extensions.
4. Close and re-open your browser.
5. Log back in to JotForm.
If you're using Internet Explorer, please try to reset the settings.
In addition to that, I will clear your form's cache. Hope this works. Let us know if the issue is still happening.
