2checkout Integration: Price of the product is charged twice on checkout when a setup fee is configured in the payment tool

Asked by ankitpr89 on March 21, 2015 at 08:04 AM

    Hello Jot Form Team,

I have found a bug a appearing in Jot Form, this is with regard to the form located here: http://www.jotform.me/form/50736195967469

The problem is with " Standard ( Fast ) ( $ 20.00 USD for the first month then, $ 19.00 USD for each month .)" option.

From the setup panel I had selected $20 as setup fee and $19 as monthly recurring fees, so, now the sum us $39 for first month. But the message shown above is wrong, it should be $ 39.00 USD for the first month then, $ 19.00 USD for each month.

This thing works perfectly with Paypal payment gateway, but with 2Checkout payment gateway, this issue is happening.

    Looking forward for a fix.

You need to include the Setup Fee + Regular Price for the first payment as you can see below.

So, instead of 20 you need to enter 39 and this would show the correct price in your form.

    Raul, thanks for your answer.

Well, when I do this, the final value at 2Checkout changes to a total of $58. Have a look through the attached screenshot.

The ticket is already assigned to a developer, but you must be aware that our developers work on prioritized tasks. This means that the it might not have high priority as it it is not affecting a lot of users. In light of this we cannot provide with an ETA for when this will be resolved.
