problem with the file uploader item

I notice when I pick a file to be uploaded, I cant delete that choice if I've picked the wrong file.  I can pick a new file but I cant say 'forget about uploading this file.'  any way to get around this?

I have tested your form and I was unable to reproduce your problem. If you want to delete selected upload file you simply have to hover with your mouse over it and cancel button will appear. When cancel button appears just click on it to remove selected upload file.
