My clients are trying to send me their forms but its only showing up in submissions on the site.
No Thank You Redirect orEmails are going through on all browsers and apple or android.When they click submit it takes you to a blank screen on all 3 choices, Thank You Message, Website redirect and custom thank you.Page URL:

Submitting to your form doesn't give me any issues. It redirects me to http://chickiesandpetes.com/ which is your custom thank you URL. I would suggest checking your settings and change this so it redirects to a correct custom thank you page or choose our defaults:
If the form is embedded, we would suggest using our iFrame method: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code so to avoid a possible script conflict in the page that will cause some issues to the form.

Hey Welvin I fixed both problems by deleting the old form and making a copy of the form.
