No Emails are going through

    Emails are going through on all browsers and apple or android.

    Hi,

    Your configuration is correct and you are using Gmail and Comcast, I believe you have the issue in your Comcast email. Is this correct?

    You may need to add noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to your safe sender list to fix this. Comcast is known to have a strong anti-spam filters and we have this kind of issues in the past. Whitelisting should help too:

    Problem just came back. I hat is wrong with this service. not getting emails for both emails and the redirect thank you is not working either. This use to be a great service but now it's starting to get shitty

    Is it still for the Chickies & Petes - DJ Requisition Form, right? I just tested the form and I see no problem to it. The form redirects me to your custom thank you URL which is http://chickiesandpetes.com/. Kindly check if you receive the email.
