Send submission PDF as an attachment in emails.

Yes, I would like this functionality also.  I provide free eBooks to customers.  If they give me their email address so I can use in future email campaigns (as stated in my privacy page), I would like to send them the PDF file.  I really do NOT want the functionality in the Thank You page.  I want it in the notification / thank you email.

I have opened a request ticket to see if our developers can implement this feature.

We will inform you, via this thread, if and when it becomes available.

    Thank you.

There is no a response about this as of yet and we cannot give you an ETA for when this will be done. I've sent a note to the developer in charge. Please be aware tickets are set with a higher priority when this is requested by a large number of users.

We have now implemented the feature. You may enable this from your email notification settings

Please also do take note that this feature is only available for email notification settings. This is also not yet available for SMTP and Mandrill settings.

If you have other questions or concerns, please do let us know.

This is great! Just what I needed! Thanks!

Is there any way possible to customise the name of the PDF that is attached? For example, it is currently just a random string of numbers.

Ideally I would like it to be customisable just like the notification email subject heading.

"This is also not yet available for SMTP and Mandrill settings."

I just tested this out - got sent 3 emails (at once):

1 - The attachment plus a link to the signature

2 - The attachment plus the HTML submission form

3 - The attachment plus the text submission form

So 3 attachments sent total. Am I doing something wrong.

Some feedback on the evolution of this feature:

    Mandrill Integration

A PDF download link that can be sent instead of the attachment

    I'll keep tabs on this..

    Hello Mediref,

You have options whether setting your email sender with SMTP, Mandrill, or simply using Jotform's mail server. Currently, we're not yet allowing PDF attachments when your sender is set with a Mandrill account or with SMTP. Surely, we'll have the attachment set on these two soon.

If you would like to know how to integrate your account with Mandrill, you can find the user guide on this link.

Also, if you would simply like to use a PDF download link instead of the attachment, that's one of the original options JotForm started with. Simply edit your email alert settings and then set your mouse cursor's focus on the desired location where you wish the link to appear, then simply click PDF on the right Form Fields panel. You may also simply type {pdf-link} anywhere in editing your email body.

If you have further questions, please do let us know.
