We use JotForm on our website to get applications submitted for our wholesale website.
I rely on JotForm sending out form submissions to my email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to know when someone signs up.
I had a customer fill out the form on (3-20-2015 16:24:05) and a test I did on (3-22-2015 10:55:35) and both times I did not receive the auto email from JotForm like I have in the past.
Can you help me understand what's happening? This is a crucial part of my business to get these emails of the form submittions

Your email address email@example.com is IN the bounce listReason(s) : soft-bounce
To prevent further problems you may white-list our domain names,
if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "firstname.lastname@example.org" sender
You can also remove yourself from bounce list if this ever happen to you again, here is how:

The emails may have been filtered as spam by your email service provider so kindly check your spam folder. If no emails are there, I would suggest checking it to your host and then add us again to your whitelist. This time, add both our IP Addresses and Domains:
If doing this won't solve the problem, then I would suggest using Mandrill SMTP to your forms:
Mandrill is proven and will help you receive the submissions to your email.
