Hello,
We use JotForm on our website to get applications submitted for our wholesale website.
I rely on JotForm sending out form submissions to my email (info@skivvieswholesale.com) to know when someone signs up.
I had a customer fill out the form on (3-20-2015 16:24:05) and a test I did on (3-22-2015 10:55:35) and both times I did not receive the auto email from JotForm like I have in the past.
Can you help me understand what's happening? This is a crucial part of my business to get these emails of the form submittions

Your email address info@skivvieswholesale.com is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : soft-bounce
To prevent further problems you may white-list our domain names,
if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "noreply@jotform.com" sender
· jotform.com
· email.amazonses.com
· amazonses.com
· jotform.co
· secure.jotform.co
· s3.amazonaws.com
· static-interlogyllc.netdna-ssl.com
You can also remove yourself from bounce list if this ever happen to you again, here is how:

Hello Jeanette,
On that day I submitted the question to you I checked both (info@skivvieswholesale.com) & (info@skivviesmensunderwear.com) on that bounce list and it said it was "NOT" on the bounce list.
I am still not getting any emails from jot form and jot form "is" on the white list.
I also tried updating to other email address's and my websites nor gmail is receving your emails.
Please advise.
I'm not even getting emails that you even replied to this message 2 days ago.......

Hi,
The emails may have been filtered as spam by your email service provider so kindly check your spam folder. If no emails are there, I would suggest checking it to your host and then add us again to your whitelist. This time, add both our IP Addresses and Domains:
http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
If doing this won't solve the problem, then I would suggest using Mandrill SMTP to your forms:
http://www.jotform.com/help/236-How-to-use-Mandrill-to-Send-Emails-From-Your-Own-Email-Address
Mandrill is proven and will help you receive the submissions to your email.
Thank you!
