    notification emails not being sent

    These forms are not receiving notification emails. Problem started around 10/22/11. some forms worked on 10/28/11.

    Sender and ip addresses were whitelisted last week. tried changing sender to jotform, noreply@jotform ect....

    The Header from the undelivered mail seems to suggest a problem on your end. I also tried testing emails to a Different mail provider with no results.

    Another thing i dont understand is how one of my forms works fine to the email in question. while the other forms do not. how could this be?

    I have cloned your first form (12145303206), and added my email address to its notification list, submitted and got the submission fine. Can you check if there is any receipt of that submission to your email address? 

    if you are willing we could add my email address to your form itself notifications, we can then try a couple of tests. It could help with troubleshooting.

    Are these forms of yours embedded anywhere?

    The email header above doesnt report any errors. Its fine. 

    All our server logs continue to report that mails are being sent fine to your email address.

    ok. IM sorry there is so much about this that I dont understand. I'll try to relay the information to the guys that handle our email, but that could take a while.
