    Problems uploading photos to forms

    Many people are having trouble uploading photos to our Lost Pet and Found Pet forms. Is it because they're using a handheld device? Do they need an app? When I test it using my laptop it's fine.

    Submitters should be able to upload photos using any device without using an app to do it. Do you know if they get some sort of an error when uploading a photo?

    I saw your form on this page: http://anthempets.org/lost-found-pets/ and it's not embedded. It is just hyperlinked to a text and there should be no problem when the form is filled using its direct URL.

    Maybe you need to check the extensions and max file size limit:

    To change the allowed file extensions: http://www.jotform.com/help/29-Upload-Field-Allowed-File-Types

    To change the upload size: http://www.jotform.com/help/33-Changing-the-Upload-Size-Limit. I think the issue is with this setting since you have the default which is 1MB only. Pictures taken using a mobile device could take up to 10MB. Try changing it to 10028 from 1028 to accept up to 10MB of file.

    Thank you for your help. I changed the size limit as suggested and saved, but the save didn't seem to work. When tested, we got the message as you can see attached. When I went back into the form, it had returned to the default of 1024. I did this a couple of times, using different limits. Each time I checked the Max File Size, it had returned to the default.

    We have the Premium package.

    You have added a few additional file upload fields to your forms. I've checked it and the original file upload field doesn't change. I've made the changes in the following forms:



    Kindly check now.

    As for saving the entire changes of the form, you have to click "Save" button in the form builder. If that's not working, try to logout from your account, clear your browser's cache and cookies for Jotform then login again. Doing these steps should help you fix the saving issues.
