I see that you asked the same question here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/494616 and I also noticed that you've cancelled your current subscription and your account is scheduled to downgrade on Apr 22, 2015.
So, I presume that you're following the steps provided by my colleague on the mentioned thread. Is that correct? Or do you still need our assistance?
