Data not saving in widget fields

    I thought that your form would save data for up to 30 days and some of my customers are experiencing that it will only save the data directly placed from JotForm, not the fields that were placed via a widget. How do I get it to save all the data?

    Are you referring to the AutoFill feature of the form? To where you have set it for your customers to continue filling out the form and saving the data up to 4 weeks? Also, may I know what widgets you are referring to? I see you are using the following widgets: Data Grid, Signature, Infinite List, and more.

    You might also want to consider this workaround, instead of using the AutoFill feature:

    Yes I believe I had it set to save for 4 weeks but got a complaint that it was only saving certain parts of the form.  I will look into your suggestion in the future, I don't want to change anything in the middle of registration right now.

    Also it is important to mention that the auto-fill feature will only work if user does not clear the browser's cache in the meantime. But please provide us more details on which fields were not saving so we can run further tests and be of more assistance.
