I asked my accounts payable person to purchase me a one-month Premium membership, but she bought an annual membership. We truly only need this for a few weeks, once a year. Is it possible to downgrade the membership she just purchased?

I've cancelled the existing premium yearly subscription that was just purchased and have processed full refund. It may take upto 7 business days to reflect the refund amount in your account statement. The account is now set back to Free subscription so that you may now subscribe to monthly plan.
