    what happens if i lose my encryption code. can i regenerate another one?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, there's no way to regenerate your encryption or access code -- your encrypted data is considered lost if you forget your access code. We recommend storing your access code in a safe place or creating an access code that’s easy to remember.
