I cloned your form to test it and I was able to reproduce the issue you mentioned.
I will forward this to our development team to have a closer look. We can not give you exact time frame when this problem will be resolved.

I made some changes and the problem you mentioned seems fixed. Please re-create the PDF. Thanks for your feedback.
