is there a form template for a letter writing campaign? e.g. that can be used to send letters to politicians?

Hi there,

If you did not find any templates that you need then you can just create the form using the form builder and form designer. It is very easy, you can create input fields and text area fields by dragging and dropping the tools.

Once you create the form fields that you want, you can jump to Form Designer to customize the form further.
