Embed Form wizard not showing code

Hi, 

Every time I try to use embed code feature, the embed code does not appear, it's just a blank box, tried iframe, source, and embed, nothing is showing, it's just blank. The direct link to the form appears but nothing else!

We had a temporary issue with this window. But it was fixed immediately. If you still continue to see this issue, please clear the browser cache by following the steps provided in the guide below and see if the resolves the issue:
