Today I found out that someone filled out our form, submitted it, even got the automatic email reply but the submission didn't get through to us (neither in Google Spreadsheets nor on the Jotform website).
The reverse situation also occurred (although less problematic for our uses): someone else tried to fill out the form but the screen turned white after filling out a few fields. Submitting wasn't possible and this person didn't get the automatic email, but we did receive three entries within a minute or so.
This worries me a lot. We are using Jotform for online ticket reservations to our play. It won't be long till everything's sold out and I would hate to find that there are other entries missing that were actually confirmed to our audience through the automatic email...
