    Hi,

long story short; is there a way to sync already submitted forms to google drive or dropbox?

Or any other easy way to download 138 submissions, all with images and mp3's and other data...?

    Thanks,

    SNA

If you want to add missing submissions on Google drive or Dropbox you can try with manual adding of them. Here are the steps how to send a copy of missing submission records to your Google Drive/Dropbox:

    1. Click on "My Forms" from the top menu.

    2. Select the form for which you want to save the submission record in Google drive.

    3. Click on "Submissions" button from toolbar.

    4. Click on the "Edit" button in the submission list page.

    5. Click on the submit button of your form in edit mode.

Editing a submission record will also save a copy of the submission to you integrated Google Drive/Dropbox.

You can also download submissions or data of your form into Excel, CSV and PDF format. You can follow this guide:

    Hope this will help.

    Hi,

this creates the folder and uploads a pdf from the submission, but no file uploads are synced. Hmm. No other easy way to download 3 x 138 submission-files?

Can you please clarify what do you mean under sync already submitted forms to google drive or dropbox?

Do you want to add new files or you want to update already submitted files?

What you can do is to export submissions to PDF. You can see inside of following article how to do it:

    Hope this will help.

Ok. I have a form where 138 people have submitted their info + 3 mp3 files. So 138 replies and 414 mp3 files all together.

Something went wrong or I forgot to do integration with google drive before all the forms were submitted.

We really need all the files and applications in a folder structure (in google drive).

When I go and resend the forms (after i've done the google drive integration), only the pdf's are syncing, not the mp3 files. This means I have to go into each submission and download mp3's one by one.

Would be nice to not do this 414 times if you know what i mean :)

If you want to download uploaded documents like images or mp3 files possible workaround can be this:

    1. You can download your submission records in excel and copy all the path of your uploaded files. Then you can use any download manager like DAP and add the uploaded file URLs which will start downloading the files one by one.

    2. You can use also our "File Downloader" app which will also allow you to download all the file together. Please be noted that you will have to download and install Ruby on the system in order to be able to use this app.

After that your files will be downloaded on your computer and you will need to add them on Google Drive or somewhere else manually.
