I'm also having this same issue. I need my SSL submissions reset ASAP as I'm disabled and have a already increased limits.

Hi,
Your account is over its limits for regular submissions. We allow for up to 1000 per month for "Premium" accounts, your account is currently at 1190.
To restore your forms you would need to either wait until the 1st of next month or you would need to upgrade further.
