Cannot figure out how to get both questions and answers in my emails

    Hey there Jot Form! I just got my first submissions and I am not happy with how they come through on my end. Instead of showing my form WITH their answers it just says something like

    Understand
    Understand
    "Moms name"
    "Babys name"
    "date"

    Id like to get the entire form with questions AND responses printed so I can put a pdf of it in the folder with clients  images for my records. Does anyone know how to get it to do that or if this is even possible? I use it for my contracts and I am not sure a page with answers and not the contract verbiage itself will cut it.

    Hi,

    You can actually format your email notification in your own desire. Since text and images are not included on emails by default, you can copy and paste it on your email notification. You can also remove the answer table and construct your own narrative message with the form fields.
