To whom it may concern,
I'm a staff of a company in Guangzhou, China.
And now we're considering purchasing your service and have the intention of a long term cooperation with you in the future.
But now we have a concern. If we purchase your service, the expense we spend should be reimbursed and we need to submit an expense account to the company.
So I would like to know whether you can provide me with an invoice of purchasing your service. If you can, i'd want to know the name of your company in the invoice.
Besides, I want to know whether you have any person in touch so that we can have further contact with you. So hope that you can leave a contact number and person in charge for us.
