How do we add capability to include an open-ended donation box on a form?

We've created a form for our golf tournament registration.

The payment wizard was used to enter all the various paying levels.

We want to also include the option for people who can't attend to donate whatever amount they want.
I've not been able to determine how to configure this or if it's possible inside of this form.

Please advise if we are able to do this.
Thank you for any help you can provide.

To do this you would need to use 2 different jotforms - one for donation and one for the product purchases.

The good thing is that you can simply clone your jotform as it is now and remove all fields besides the payment processing tool to get only the payment form in one jotform.

Then you can create another jotform with payment processor being set to donation.

After you have all 3 jotforms, you just connect them into a single one using Iframe embed widget.

Once that is set up, you will need to add a field that will ask them if they want to pay to participate or donate and show each of the jotforms accordingly.

We also have a guide that will help you with more details how to do this here: How to Create a Basic Multiple Payment form

Now if you have any questions while following the guide or need our assistance at some point, just let us know and we would be happy to assist.
