I have upgraded my jotform to a paid version but I am unable to access anything on the site now.

    I checked our logs and was unable to find any payment associated with the username or email address associated with your account. If you could let us know you subscription confirmation number that would be of great help.  With that, we can get your subscription properly applied.  I reactivated your account and forms in the mean time while we get this sorted.
