Need support to switch our forms from FormsCentral to JotForm

    The email system for customer support at JotForm is not working for us.  We are losing business every day.  I need to speak with a customer support person on the phone to explain the process of switching our forms from FormsCentral to JotForm, or a better company with phone support.  Us older CEO's never had computer classes and your emails and videos and YouTubes are not hitting the mark!  We don't need an 'almost answer.'  We need results!

    I'm sorry that you are not receiving the necessary support, but unfortunately we do not have phone support, but our support forum is quite active and we are always very willing to help.

    I could only locate 2 support requests and the other one seemed to be solved on the spot:

    We have an automated import tool to import Adobe FormsCentral forms with 3 options:

    I am having the same issue.  Not sure how to use their program and there is no support.  Were they able to help you?
