Can't upgrade to Premium

    Hi guys,

     

    I'm trying to upgrade to the Premium package, but when I click on the Sign Up button on the Pricing page it just takes me back to My Forms page and I can't see where to go to upgrade.

     

    Any ideas?

    Hi Ben,

    You need to login first. That's why it takes you back to ''My Forms'' so you can login. Scroll down the page and you will see the login field at the bottom of the page. Try to upgrade after you're in.

    If this still doesn't work try to clean your browser's cache and try again. We're waiting for your response.

    Cool, thanks.  When it went to the Forms page it was showing me logged in and my form, but after logging out and back in again it's worked fine.

    What will happen if I submit 1000 responses, will I get an email warning me that I've reached the limit?

    Sure. JotForm sends you an email warning that you've reached your monthly submissions limit. And you can also see your submission count under your Account Settings. By the way, the counts reset to 0 on the 1st of every month.
