How to get PDF of submission with the contract verbiage?Asked by hlphoto on March 24, 2015 at 03:36 PM
I just got my first submissions and I am not happy with how they come through on my end. Instead of showing my form WITH their answers it just says something like
Id like to get the entire form with their responses printed so I can put a pdf of it in the folder with client images for my records. Does anyone know how to get it to do that or if this is even possible? I use it for my contracts and I am not sure a page with answers and not the contract verbiage itself will cut it.
This is a re-post of a comment on How to View Form Submissions
I would suggest taking a look at the following guide: How to include Headers, Texts and Images in the PDF format of a submission
The only thing that I would change is the part with Auto Hide Empty fields so that it looks like this:
Now once you set this, you should set up your Email notifier: Setting Up Email Notifications so that a link for PDF is sent to your email and you can download it right from there.
To do that just click on the place where you want the PDF link to appear and click on it on the right and that is it, just click Finish and make a test submission on your jotform.
Do let us know if that is what you were after.
