Not receiving submissions by email

    My email alert for my form is set for the submissions to be sent to "ked@cpatechnology.net"  Submissions are no where to be seen...not even in my spam folder.  I do see submissions when I log into the jotform site but I miss submissions for days at a time unless I log in.

    I am having the same problem over the past few days. There must be a problem on JotForms end. I receive one of my forms still and my other email alert stopped working on 10-28-11. Form still submits from this script but my email alerts have ceased: <script type="text/javascript" src="//form.jotform.com/jsform/2562336749"></script>

    Hi,

    Could you change "http://form.jotform.com/jsform/108757468444" 

    to "http://www.jotform.com/jsform/108757468444"
