I have had several people tell me they've submitted my form, but I'm not seeing them on my end. I've tried a couple test/fake submissions, and the Thank you! your form has been submitted page shows up, but I'm still not seeing them on my end.

It seems that we are looking at a different form. The JotForm that you linked on your website is associated with a guest account and seems to be a clone to the one you have in your account. I've moved the form form guest account to your account and corrected some settings on email setup wizard. I've tried submitting the form now and see that the email has been sent successfully.
