Please help my downgrade my account--request #2

    I have asked how to downgrade my account.  Going to billing and hitting the downgrade button doesn't work.  Your system keeps trying to charge my account for a service I am not using.  I no longer wish to use the level of service and need to downgrade.   Please advise.

    As requested, I have now cancelled and downgraded to FREE your jotform subscription with account/username jyouett
