    Hi,

Please head to Adobe Formscentral Alternative page to start importing your adobe forms. Click on the Import Forms button and select which type of import you want. If it's the form including its data, select the Forms + Responses. The second option is for importing forms only and the third one if your forms are in fillable PDF format.
