How to display the count of submissions received in form on any webpage?

We are using Jotform for a neighborhood petition drive. I want a way to show on my website how many people have signed the petition so far... how can I get to the # of submissions and display that somewhere (e.g. embedded on my website somewhere). A graphical thermometer would be A+ but even just a number would do.

    Hello Masalamedia,

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement.

I would suggest you to add "Submissions Counter" widget in your form which will start displaying how many submissions you have received in your form.

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!

Hi - thanks, that is a partial solution. I really need something that I can display on a different part of my website. I was hoping there was, perhaps, a report feature that I could iframe into a different page on my site. Anything?

    Hello Masalamedia,

Unfortunately, we do not have such features currently. What you are looking for seems to be a plugin which will only display the count of submissions you have received in your form.

Let me send a feature request to our back end team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.

    Thank you!

Thanks - not the answer I was hoping for, but I appreciate you will forward this to the team.

We are launching a big civic engagement programme here in the SF Bay Area and we need better ways to show constituents how various petition campaigns are performing and progressing. We would very much like to be able to access that count # in teaser blocks and various other visual prompts around the site.

Similarly, it would sure be great to see some graphical features such as thermometers  and progress meters for our fundraising campaigns.

In nearly every scenario we work with, we would NOT want those progress reports right on the form itself since the forms are usually integrated into complete websites with carefully-thought-out navigation flows.

One fairly easy way for me to embed that data would be to iframe a report so perhaps that would be one approach to consider.

Our shop relies on tools that can be implemented without a lot of back-end programming so every time you roll out a tool that can be implemented with a minimum of PHP or CSS fuss, that is a HUGE productivity win for us and our clients.

    Hello Masalamedia,

I understand your requirement and I completely agree with you. I have already sent a feature request to our back end team and we will get back to you as soon as we have any update form them.

The output of submission counters cannot be displayed in the submission reports as it will only be displayed on the form. The reports will always display all the submissions you have received in yoru form and not just one column / row.

Let me try to find out if there is any workaround possible and get back to you.

    Thank you!

    Hi Support,

Has this new feature been made already, which was earlier requested by Masala Media ?

Even I am in need of such a feature wherein I can display the total submission count on website footer always.

    Awaiting your kind response.

Unfortunately Shaikh, this is not yet implemented.

Please note that as all features, it is seen if they will be made and prioritized, but even then, it does not mean that it would be implemented.

I have however moved your post to a new thread here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/671873 where we will be answering you shortly.
