I would like to down grade back to the free subscription. When I choose the downgrade it says "your subscription is scheduled to be canceled manually". Does that mean I need to cancel it somewhere else? Or just wait for someone there to cancel it?

Yes, it's a manual process since the payment was made through Paypal. I have added it to our cancellation request list. But you can also cancel it by following the steps below:
1. Log into your PayPal account
2. Find the latest payment you made to us
3. Click on your subscription number
4. Click on "Cancel Subscription" button.
When you cancel your subscription you will not be charged again, but your account will stay Premium until the time you have paid for expires.
