Your form is currently disabled and your account is currently on the "Over Limit" status because you've reached your SSL Limit which is 10 per month for free accounts. Is this what you mean by your question? If you want to take advantage of the 100 free submissions per month, you have to use the non-SSL form. To use the non-SSL form, just simply re-embed the form without checking the "Secure" box:
