we have camera service center in korea.
we try to using this wonderful system for our CSC center.
but every request need own ID number. example KRMA00001.
because we using this number on all repair workflow as same title.
if we make request form, that spread sheet for result need that own number for each request.
if you have know this if you have any garget, please let me know.

You can use the Unique ID widget. This will be hidden on the actual form but when it is submitted, it will generate an ID for each submissions and will be visible in the submissions area and in the email alerts.
Please check this guide about adding custom unique ID.
