    Unique Submission is turn off, but still receive an error that says 'only one entry is allowed'

    Hi there, 

    Could you please help me with this form http://www.jotform.com//?formID=43494846965978 . It had previously been set up with the unique submission checked - however we need this taken off. The menu however already has it as 'no check'. Could you please take the unique submission off?

     

    Error screen says: 

    Sorry! Only one entry is allowed. Multiple submissions are disabled for this form.
    Multiple submissions are disabled for this form.

    I have attached a screenshot.

    Hi Jonathan,

    I have just cleared your forms cache and I'm sure that fix it. Kindly check again and us know if the issue persists.

    You can clear your forms cache by following this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/229-How-to-Clear-your-Form-Cache.

    Also, re-embedding your form to our iFrame method: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code will help. I recommend iFrame to prevent a possible script conflict on the page that would sometimes cause an issue to the form.
