Been having this issue since the first time I've started using this form. My customers are complaining that they can not use my forms from their iphones or ipads.
I would really like this problem to be solved as we are losing a lot of time and orders because of this.
Looking forward for your advice.

Could you please give us more details about the issues that they are experiencing and if the jotform is being accessed directly or if the issues are present when they access your jotform on a page on your website?
