Form wont redirect to the payment page

I embedded my forms on my website:  http://mytripcoach.com/about-us/faq-on-pricing/

There are two - one for planning fees for travel in the US and one for International.  When I tested them it doesn't go to a payment screen.

I checked the forms in your site but I don't see submit buttons on them. In short, I could not submit the form. Did you intentionally remove the submit buttons? I would suggest to add a submit button in your form so we can test it here. It should redirect to the payment gateway checkout page just like how this cloned version of your form works http://form.jotformpro.com/form/50834685727971?.
