When I download responses to pdf format, the images from the form do not appear as well. I only have one form with images in it, but I need to have the images in the responses for reference.
I did check your form's submission page and found that the above submission does not have any uploaded file. Please check the screenshot below:
The submission which has file uploaded will display it in the submission PDF. Please check the screenshot below:
Do you mean to say that you want to display the images you have added in your form? Please be noted that images and headers are not displayed in the submission PDF by default. You will have to enable the "Show Headers & Texts", please check the screenshot below on how to enable this option:
